RETURNS
Returns may be made up to 14 days following the shipment date. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Obtain a RETURN ORDER # number by emailing the thinkpinkcollection™ customer service department, mailto:customerservice@thinkpinkcollection.com .

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. thinkpinkcollection™ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, thinkpinkcollection™ will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

thinkpinkcollection™ suppliers are responsible for donating their percentage and have committed to donating it toward breast cancer research. At this time, it is at the discretion of the supplier which organization it donates its funds.
In some cases we have suppliers donating upwards of 20% of their profits toward breast cancer research.
Direct donations received through thinkpinkcollection.com are directly forwarded to the American Cancer Society - Midwest Division. A tax-deductible receipt from the American Cancer Society will be sent to the donator in about 2-3 weeks of the donation. |
